C.I.T.s (rising seventh through ninth graders) will develop and practice skills in leadership, critical thinking, communication, conflict resolution, and organization by working directly with camp teachers.

On a daily basis, C.I.T.s will be expected to:

Build relationships with campers and serve as a positive role model

Help camp teachers maintain a fun and safe environment

Demonstrate core camp values of respect, honesty, and kindness

Help facilitate and lead group activities

Counselors in Training will complete on-line First Aid and CPR training (dates TBA), and an on line playground safety course before the opening of summer camp.
