ASP 2024-2025 (6-8) Contracts

2024-2025 AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM (ASP)
Grades 6-8

Contract begins on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 and ends on Friday, June 6, 2025.

Cancellation of the 6-8 grade contract after September 30, 2024 is 12.5% of the original cost.
 

Late Fees: The After School Program ends promptly at 6 pm. After 6 pm, the late fee is $15.00 for each five minutes or portion thereof. For example, if you pick up your child at 6:13 p.m., the charge will be $45.00. This fee is due and payable at the time you pick up your child. If the fee is not paid at the time of pick-up, the Business Office will automatically charge the late fee to your account. It will be reflected on your monthly statement. Please note that late fees will not be waived.

This contract does not include the following: 
Student Care will be available on the following days from 8am - 6pm:

• Conference Camp - October 10th and 11th
• Professional Development Day - December 6th
• Presidents Week Break - February 18th - February 21st
• Conference Camp - March 13th and 14th
• Spring Break Camp - April 7th - 11th
• Professional Development Day - April 14th

Note that registration deadlines for Student Care during conferences are one week prior to the day of childcare. There will be a late registration fee of $15.00 per registration after the deadline, with no guarantee that space will be available. Registration payments will be due at the time of registration.
