2026-2027 Care Card Hours
Grades K-8
If your child will only attend ASP occasionally, we offer Care Cards that allow you to pre-purchase after-school care hours. Care Cards are available in 10-hour or 50-hour increments and can be used throughout the school year as needed.
We will provide weekly balance updates so you can easily track your remaining hours and know when it may be time to purchase an additional Care Card.
Care Card Pricing:
$140 for 10 hours
$700 for 50 hours
Important Information:

Unused care card hours will roll over year to year. Families who leave the school will not receive a refund for unused hours, but they may choose to donate unused hours to another St. Paul's family.

If you use all the hours on your Care Card and your child continues to attend ASP, we will automatically charge you for another Care Card with the same number of hours. This helps prevent you from being charged the higher drop-in rate.

Care Card hours do not apply to ASP Camps.
Late Fees: The After School Program ends promptly at 6 pm. After 6 pm, the late fee is $15.00 for each five minutes or portion thereof. For example, if you pick up your child at 6:13 p.m., the charge will be $45.00. This fee is due and payable at the time you pick up your child. If the fee is not paid at the time of pick-up, the Business Office will automatically charge the late fee to your account. It will be reflected on your monthly statement. Please note that late fees will not be waived.
