: You are required to complete a form to inform the school which over the counter medications we're permitted to dispense and who has permission to pick your child up from school. (This information will not carry over from last school year.) Please log into the Parent Portal
and you will see an alert near the top of the screen that you have a form to complete. This is due by August 12.
Your child's medical and emergency contact information will remain the same as last school year unless you make changes.
You can view and edit emergency contacts and medical information by logging into the Parent Portal and going to your child's profile (on a desktop, click "Children" and your child's name in the upper left hand corner.)
Click "Medical" to view medical information. Click "Contact Card" to view emergency contacts. You can add, delete, and edit directly on the site. (Watch video here
