Sun Stewards: electricity in eighth grade Science
Eighth Grade Science
To kick off our unit on circuitry, eighth grade students explored the foundational concepts of voltage, current, and resistance through hands-on investigations. They experimented with solar panels, observing how changes in light affected the brightness of bulbs and the speed of motorized fans. These engaging activities laid the groundwork for our next exciting challenge—designing and building our own battery-powered cars!
