Middle School Classroom Chronicle
Our seventh grade math class had a wonderful time celebrating Pi Day together! Students proudly posed for a class picture with the creative π posters they designed, each one showing their understanding of this special mathematical constant in unique and colorful ways. One of the highlights of the day was our Pi digit challenge—many students successfully recited the first 25 digits of π, and a few impressive mathematicians even went all the way to 50 digits!
To make the celebration even more memorable, we also enjoyed a Pi Day potluck, where students brought delicious treats, including some wonderful pies to match the theme of the day. It was a joyful mix of math, creativity, and community, and the students truly made the celebration special with their enthusiasm and effort. What a fun way to combine learning with celebration in our seventh grade math class!
