Third Grade Art spotlight: pastel drawings of ice cream favorites

Third grade students create colorful ice cream cones using oil pastels, drawing shapes and adding details to make their ice cream look yummy fun, and 3D! Students will next learn how to blend and layer oil pastels to create bright colors and textures.
The project’s foundational goal is to build their confidence with drawing and coloring techniques so that students' creativity can grow and soar.
