Pollinator Posse: Kindergarten field trip to Fairyland
St. Paul's Kindergarten

Kindergarteners spend the day at Children’s Fairyland learning all about pollinators! The students explored the gardens, made seed balls and learned about the important role that pollinators play in helping plants grow. They even got to step into the shoes - or should we say wings - of some of these creatures and become pollinators themselves!

As part of our science curriculum, the kindergarteners will build off of this knowledge as we investigate living and non-living things and the role that they play in building a habitat.

By partnering with Fairyland’s garden program, the kindergarteners not only deepen their knowledge of pollinators, but grow a deeper sense of stewardship and service for the land and community on which St. Paul’s is built.
