Enjoying the Oakland sunshine and autumn leaves falling from the oak trees, students are learning that volleyball is more than a sport—it is a powerful tool for lifelong learning. 

Through consistent practice, St. Paul’s students build confidence, perseverance, and a growth mindset. The joy of volleyball was brought out today through practicing foundational skills such as serving, passing, setting, and teamwork strategies. 

Most importantly, we’re discovering that improvement comes with effort, reflection, and repetition–a lesson that will serve us on and off the field!
