Lower School Classroom Chronicle

K-4 Performing Arts
Sahar Miller, K-4 Performing Arts

Students are actively singing in the Lower School. Our classroom activities include song, instruments, movement and creativity. All are elements that come through in concert and chapel performances. As we get deeper into the Fall, our younger students begin to lead Chapel presentations. Fourth graders can be seen here learning a song for their Chapel presentation on a “Day in the Life of a fourth grader.”

Amidst Chapel presentations, all Lower School students are preparing for the Holiday Concert, the first concert of the year. First Grade and Kindergarten students are practicing hand motions in preparation for their performance. Third graders are progressing on recorder and plan to perform at the Holiday Concert, as well. One of the lovely aspects of St. Paul’s is the opportunity that all students have to participate in sharing the joy of music and the arts with the entire community.
