First Grade Fairyland Field Trip πŸŒΏπŸ›
Naarah Platt, First Grade Resident Teacher

To kick off their first science unit on plants and animals, First Grade walked across the street on an exciting field trip to Children’s Fairyland! Students participated in the "Flora and Fauna: Worms and Dirt" workshop, where they experienced the world as scientists—observing live worms up close, and learning about the important role worms play in our environment. This hands-on and imaginative experience set the perfect stage for their upcoming science explorations.

The fun didn’t stop there! Students also enjoyed a lively puppet show, bringing stories and characters to life in a magical way.
