Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We acknowledge, interrogate, and heal from the negative impacts of white supremacy. We reimagine and redesign success, irrespective of suppressive norms.

The values and practices of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) are embedded in everything we do at St. Paul’s, from academic programming to community building. From governance to decision making, admissions protocols to practices inside the classroom, curriculum design to how we interact with one another (both within and outside of our community), St. Paul’s actively interrogates systems of white supremacy in our committed work toward establishing ourselves as an antiracist institution.

DEIB starts with doing our own individual identity work, exploring the intersectionality of multiple identities, and we bring our perspective and experiences to our engagement with the community. The I becomes the We.
