Coming this April: STEAM-based design challenge for students in grades 4-6
This April, fourth through sixth graders will participate in a STEAM-based design challenge.
STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) focused activities provide a fantastic opportunity for our fearless learners to engage in fun and rigorous academic learning while thinking about their work in the community. Students in grades 4-6 are getting ready for the STEAM-based design challenge! Some of the projects the students will undertake will require the use of tools like the coding program Scratch and Google Sketchup, a 3D drawing program. Stay tuned for more details about the projects as our students plan, design, and build engaging presentations.
