After School Program
Kenton Young is in his eighth year as After School Program Director and tenth at St. Paul's. Kenton is in his last two semesters towards a BA in Liberal Arts from Holy Names University. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, working out, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with family and friends.
Erica Hicks joined St. Paul’s School in 2006 as After School Associate and Educational Assistant. She attended San Francisco State University on a volleyball scholarship and graduated with a BA in Sociology in 2004. She has counseled teens and preteens, as well as assistant taught math in a local school for children with learning difficulties. Erica devotes as most of her spare time to her niece and the rest of her family and close friends.
Xiomara Batin has been After School Associate since January 2007. She has a BA from SF State in Anthropology and is currently pursuing a MA in Anthropology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. She has been a preschool assistant. Xiomara enjoys reading, traveling, and music. Christian Crabtree (see biography under Physical Education)
Sian DeLuca has been After School Associate since September 2007. She recently relocated from New Jersey, where she earned her BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and taught special education for three years. Sian is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Samuel Merritt College. In her spare time, she enjoys playing soccer, watching movies, and walking her dog.
Judy Ennis is in her second year at St. Paul’s as After School Associate. She has a BA in Asian History from UC-Santa Cruz. Judy loves to dance, cook, and read.
Mika Fairchild joins St. Paul’s for her second year as After School Associate. She earned a BA in Japanese literature and a Japanese teaching certificate from Kwassui Women’s College in Nagasaki, Japan. Mika has taught Japanese language and culture in several educational programs.
Joshua Johnson is in his third year as After School Associate. He pursued Environmental Studies at UC-Santa Cruz. Joshua has been one of the directors of Adventure Day Camp for the past five years and has been working in similar camps and programs for over ten years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

Justin Smith, a St. Paul’s graduate, is in his first year as After School Associate. Justin earned a BA in Music at Guilford College with a minor in African American Studies. He plays the saxophone.
