Board Committees
Executive Committee: Provides oversight to Trustees in their roles as stewards of SPES.
Head Evaluation: Ensures successful leadership by Head of the School through best practices aligned with the mission of the School.
Trustee Committee Selects and recommends for Board vote, new Trustees for the Board.
Development/Keystone: Represents all "giving" opportunities: Annual Fund, capital campaigns, major gifts, cultivation activities with Alumni, Parents and Parents of Alums.
Facilities: Budgets and maintains SPES's physical plant and equipment.
Finance: Prepares SPES's annual operating budget.
Community Outreach: Generates ideas for public purpose initiatives and relationships with all the constituents that comprise the St. Paul's Episcopal School community.
